A two-day wet workshop entitled "Medical Mycology 2000: Laboratory Identification of Pathogenic Molds" will be presented August 4 to 5, 2000 at Emory University in Atlanta, GA. Faculty will include Drs. David Warnock and Errol Reiss from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Mycotic Diseases Branch; Dr. Elizabeth Johnson from the United Kingdom; Dr. Vishnu Chaturvedi from the New York State Department of Health; Dr. Jean Shadomy from Emory University, and others.The workshop is sponsored by the CDC, Mycotic Diseases Branch and the National Laboratory Training Network (NLTN).
